This Pricing Policy forms part of the Unisound Terms of Use. By purchasing or subscribing to the Services, you agree to this Pricing Policy.

This Pricing Policy applies only to Unisound's Royalty Scan Services. Other products or services offered by Unisound, including publishing administration services, AI dataset licensing, or other commercial offerings, may be governed by separate agreements.

2. Custom Pricing

Because every music catalog is different, Unisound does not maintain a public price list for Royalty Scan Services.

Pricing is determined individually for each Customer based on factors that may include, but are not limited to:

• Catalog size
• Quality and accuracy of data provided by Customer
• Estimated number of musical works to be processed
• Scan frequency
• Historical royalty findings
• Processing requirements
• Service tier
• Other commercial considerations determined by Unisound

All pricing provided by Unisound is confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without Unisound's prior written consent.
